Connecting School-issued Laptops to Wireless

All school-issued laptops should connect to MCSS_Staff 2 OR MCBOE_Corp automatically. If it does not, there are a few things you can try to get it connected back.

First, make sure your wireless is turned on. Usually on laptops there is a key at the top that turns the wireless on and off. Please ensure that you have not accidentally clicked that key. It may look like a wireless symbol or an airplane.

The other option is to connect the laptop with an ethernet/network cable. Sometimes the laptop just needs to refresh with our server to allow it to connect to the wireless again. This is usually necessary if the laptop has been off campus for a while.

If these do not solve the issue, please put in a ticket. We may need make a change on the server side to allow the laptop to connect.
